THOREEFAS-is my registered breeders name with the G.C.C.F

Hello all

So long since I update, lots of news so in no order at all here goes….

Back in November I went to the Supreme cat show, although my own cats had qualified I wasn’t showing them today. All my friends had a great day showing their own cats and I had a wonderful day spending time with them all.
The highlight for me was seeing Adsetsh titan_warrior….sunny to his friends, this was a cat from our very first litter who is now a champion already!!

OMG what a wonderful wonder cat!!!! I knew he was special the moment he was born, but I really had no idea! He is the biggest British I have ever seen! He has wonderful big round green eyes and a super pattern and type! I really have to thank Lynne for the super job she has done with him, I was in tears too see him again, he is so so sweet, I know Jane, was bowled over by him too and Fran, we all had a hand in this litter, I really value the advise of my cat friends! And I am so glad sunny went to live with Lynne

Fantastic news!!!

adsetsh titan-warrior (sunny) from teefas first litter,today at the Herts & Middlesex Cat Club show won his second cc and best of breed.

going on to win BOV (best of variety) well done sunny and owner Lynne

so so pleased for you both lots off love and im sure he is going to go all the way!..............................................

Today we recived notice of Lotties offical name!..............................................THOREEFAS LIMITED EDITION

We think its a cool name and suits her well as she was the only kitten in her litter!

This months sees the 1st birthday of our first ever litter " the boys"

21st June
Well its been a busy few months looking after Teefa and her baby Lottie, she has needed extra play time and cuddles being on her own, but happy to say she is doing wonderful!
She is a very outgoing personality, and knows her own mind, just like Teefa.
Thor is coping well with lottie, she wants to play alot and thor seems quite happy letting her chase his tail, its such a good thing that he is so laid back happy chap.
Teefa is still playing the wondeful mum she is and keeps a close eye on what lottie is up too, sometimes this is needed as she can get into all sorts of mischief
Teefa is looking stunning at the moment and has fully gained back her coat and weight after giving birth, i cant wait to show her again sometime...watch this space!

27 April
Very exciting week for me, i have recived my breeding prifix, now registered with the G.C.C.F, it is     "THOREEFAS" so any future kittens bred by me will have this at the start of there pedigree names.
It is a very special name to me as im sure you can tell it is made up of thor and teefa who i cant imagine my life without i adore them.
So happy to say that little lottie lou lou with be my first registered kitten of THOREEFAS, i do have a very special pedigree name in mind,,,but im not telling yet! ....
Lottie will be staying here with us, i am so pleased as we have fallin in love with her i can see so much of teefa and george her dad in her, she has a very strong character, and as been a fighter coming from a tiny 72g to a huge kitten now full of life and so bold, i think she may give thor a run for his money when she is older!!

happy to announce that at the essex show Adsetsh titan-warrior ( sunny, from teefas first litter) on his first show won his kitten open class, and all his side classes, i know owner Lynne is over the moon with him, he is a striking kitten now aged about 8 months, well done to both of you x
i have placed a picture of him on the past kitten page sent to me by Lynne.

20th April

It is with great pleasure and rather a blush im pleased to say that the kitten is a girl! i am delighted as she will be staying with us to carry on her fantstic line.
we have renamed her Lottie
she is doing well and is a very pretty kitten

31st March

This week has been very busy
on tuesday teefa gave birth to a little boy, with the help of her wonderful handsome fella, Gr Ch Evawill mr puddinton, or george to teefa! thank you mum Jane of leonitara for looking after teefa when she came to vist and all your help.

As last time teefa is being a wonderful mum. she adores being a mum, and charlie ( as we have named him for now) is a wonderfull little fellow.
A black and silver classic tabby, just like mum and dad.

Thor is being intoduced to him later tonight, so i shall keep you posted on that one, he was very good with her first litter even though sunny ( was freddie) sometimes thought he was the boss!

Having a litter of kittens is not the easest thing sometimes, and i am learning all the time, i could not possibly breed cats without the help of jane and fran, you are amazing thank you xxxx

24th Febuary

Great news, today i have been to the manchester & district cat club agm, i was delighted to be picking up awards for thor and Teefa, for the status as premier & champions last year.
I was made to feel very welcome indeed, and got an insight into the amount of work that goes into running the club and the show.
I was over the moon to be award the valpetina neuter trophy for Thor, Awarded for the total number of points collected last year form his wins.
We have a wonderful trophy which has pride of place in the front room.
In our first year of adult showing i still cant belive how well TT & Thor did!!!!
So thanks to them for making me feel so welcome, i hope so see you all soon at some shows!

Well have been very busy with one thing or another, but now well into the new year and looking back we had a wonderful christmas and new year.
I am looking forward to another year hopfully showing both cats, they are looking well and its nearly there 2nd birthday ( march ), i cant belive how quick this time has gone, i have enjoyed every minute, and the cats, showing and breeding has engulfed our lives, which we love!!!!
I have been in contact with teefas first litters new mummys and they are all looking and doing well!, and are very large little boys now.

30th october 2007

The kittens are 12 weeks old tomorrow!, they are fine looking boys who are chunky babies and love there food!
It has been a pleasure having them, and teefa has been a wonderful mum, she is very happy to be with them still and now and again i catch her feeding them!...still

Thor has been very good through all this, being pushed around jumped on and generally messed about with!, he & teefa have abit of time together which they love, they cuddle up on our bed and wash each other, im so glad there bond hasnt weakend since shes had the kittens
It will be a very hard thing to watch the kittens go to there new homes, but i remeber how happy we were when we took thor & teefa home with us i hope the new owners of the kittens have as much joy, fun and love with them as we have and do with tt & thor.

Thor is doing fantastic in the shows, i am so proud of him and i am hoping to start taking teefa again when the kittens have gone, she is looking the picture of health, and has kept her weight up, she looks wonderful.. since. having the kittens found her voice and is chatting to them and me all the time its quite funny we have a right old chin wag ...althought im not sure what about haha

July 6th
With all this bad weather we are having the babies have had loads of new toys to play with, as they can not go outside, such rain but being on the hills we are very lucky, i wish well to all those how have been flooded. Nothing else to report at the mo!

Pleased to announce that we have now recived CH Alfresca Teefa Tangos trophy from the preston and blackpool cat show 2007 for best silver tabby in show. pictures to follow on the gallery page.

Great news in the post this morning, Teefa has won a trophy at the Blackpool & preston show for best adult black & silver tabby!

March 29th

Pleased to say we got Teefa's blood group test back today, and we couldnt be more thrilled as she is an A type, this will help alot during breeding.

Easter weekend

With all this loverly weather we having the babies are making the most of there out door apartment, spending a few hours in the sun.
They have now met most of the feline neigbours, and seem to be gettin along well.
They are also enjoying abit of bird watching!!
