What a great day!
Thor (alfresca thunder) had a red card day! wohoooooooooo!!!!!
He open his open class, best of breed and all 3 of his side classes!, also winning reserve in the grand premier!
Thor just loves show day, i wouldnt take him if he didnt, hes a real show man and loves all the fuss!
Also showing today was a half brother of thors alfresca silver xanadoo, showing for the first time in the kitten classes he settle into the day very well. winning his open class, and the best of breed, well done geordie! and his new owners.
And too top the day off in style! fran was also there showing daddy oscar.
so the alfresca crew were out in force!
Oscar had the best day! winning the imperial, his open and best of breed, and also all his side classes. another red card day well done, but it dosnt end there.......winning best of variaty, in the top pens up for best in show! what a super star!!!! we love him! xxxxx

Fantastic news, Thor {alfresca thunder) won the grand premier male adult class!, we are thrilled too bits, over the moon, and so so proud of him.
He also won his open class ( neutered male spotty bsh) and was awarded best of breed, also winning his 2 side classes, it was truely an amazing day for him, he was on top form a real sweety and loved all the attention!
We had a really great day, not too long a journey, and i loved all the trade stalls there, i got alot of toys and goodies for the kittens to take with them when they go to there new homes.
Fran of alfresca was showing thors dad today and he won his open and was reserve in the grand champion class of 6.
One of frans other cats nelly ( alfresca vanity fayre won her open kitten class and best of breed too, so we all had a fab day! well done fran oscar & nelly x

North west cat club show 29-9-07
Today we took thor (alfresca Thunder) to the show, teefa is still nursing her babies, more updated info on the kitten pages.
My sister came with me today which was great fun, she has much experince in cat shows as she used to breed and show burmese, and it was great for her to catch up with some old friends.
Thor won his open and was awarded best of breed, he also won first and second in big side classes, well done thor x
Fran was showing his dad, and we are are thrilled to bits as he was made up to grand champion today, won his open and best of breed, a big well done from us all here.
also our kittens dad mr puddington won his first imperial champion today, so everyone had a great day, well done jane and georgie!
The Lincolnshire cat club show 14/7/07
This was Thor,s (Alfresca Thunder) first time showing in the premier classes, at only 17 months we are all very proud of him and what he as acheived so far.
We are thrilled to let you all know that Thor was award first in the Ac british premier neuter male class!
In class of 3 including the show stopping british blue! well done Thor!
He also won his open class the pr, making this the 5th pr he has now been awarded, and the best of breed now also hes 5th.
And to top hes day he also won the adolesent neuter class of 5, and was awarded a beautiful silver engraved plate, his first silverware for winning the class british adult,kitten or neuter, so proud of him.
Alfresca breeder Fran was there to share the joy with me and i know she is very proud of the way he is showing and the wonderful temprement he has, he really is a joy to be "owned" by.
Fran was showing CH adcinsh silver edwin ( oscar to hes friends) thors dad today, he had a wonderful show winning the reserve grand and winning hes open the pc and best of breed, also winning a side class of 11! wow well done oscar x
It turned into a very warm day in the show hall and thor was glad of the air con in the car on the way home, the show staff did a wonderful job and we had a delightful day.

Durham county cat show 26/5/07
Today teefa stayed at home on pre-maternity, so thor and me had a road trip up north!
Thor looked in fine shape now aged 14 months, but was beaten to second place by a very spotty 3year old.
Coming 4th and 2nd twice in side classes of up to 8 helped the long journey up there feel better.
There were lots of new and old friends to chat too, and fran was there showing thor,s handsome dad oscar, who won his open and best of breed, well done oscar!
We had a nice surprise when we got home as a letter fom the Gccf has confirmed thor's Premier status, well done baby!

Very very pleased to announce that THOR IS NOW A PREMIER!!!!!!! well done babes!
He had an excellent show winning 1st open and the pr certificate to make him a premier, and gaining the BOB.
I was working in the morning so it was the lads day out, David took Thor.and i joined them in the afternoon, Teefa is on pre-maternaty leave ( keep you all posted on that one) so she is having a break from showing and chilling at home.
Was great to see fran showing oscar (CH. Adcinsh silver edwin) my babies dad ( i just love him to bits hes adorable) he did fantastic gaining the reserve british champion male, well done oscar!
Thor was a super star in the side classes too winning all 3! and i entered him the club class as this is my local show, and him came second.
He just loves show days.
Thanks to david for showing him so well, he really enjoyed himself now the football season is over im worried we will be fighting over who takes them! hahaha
Blackpool & preston cat club show 24/3/07
Todays show was very special to us as Fran from Alfresca was there too, it was great to see her again and i am pleased to say she was thrilled to see how Thor & Teefa had grown into such beautiful cats.
We had a great show and it was wondeful to walk along the front in blackpool while the judging was on.
Teefa had a great show, she looked stunning today and was so relaxed. she walked away with 1st open, her 4th cc and pleased to say the BOB
Thor won his open class and the pc, also winning the BOB, hes such a sweety and was a real show stopper again with many complments from the crowds he just loves it.
Also collecting two 2nds and a 1st in the side classes
We had a loverly time, it was great to see fran, and she was showing there dad CH Adcinsh silver edwin (oscar) who won his open.

CHAMPION ALFRESCA TEEFA TANGO
In 3 straight shows aged just 1 yr & 6 days, i am so proud to say Teefa has made champion!
Myself, david and our breeder Fran of alfresca bsh, are so proud, and thrilled to bits!
She couldnt have had a better day, a true superstar! also winning a 1st in a side class of 8, and 2nd in a class of 7, and being in call!, she was amazing today, well done baby teefa x
Thor had a fantastic day too! winning hes open class and pr, and awarded best of breed!, nearly a red card day winning 1st in two side classes and a 2nd, what an amazing day for the alfresca crew. Thor now has 2 premier certificates, well done thor, hes usual laid back self he had a great day being nosey!

Well another early start and a very stressful day for all concerned, as Teefa was now if her 2nd call.
And i don't think she was in the best of moods, as she has had little sleep and we all are feeling it now she is calling night and day, a very strong call!
Thor keeps hiding his head in me, he really doesn't seem to know what's going on but i think he has a headache!
I was very surprised and thrilled too bits when Teefa was awarded 1st open and her 2nd cc, it was a real achievement as i know she wasn't in the best of moods today. I am just thankful that she has a very gentle nature and it showed today, being handled when she wasn't in the mood she did fantastic, well done Teefa i love you too bits xx ps. she also got a 2nd and 4th in her side classes.
Thor after a few hours settle down to his normal self, Diva like! cuddles and attention needed please.
He did very well coming 2nd in his open to a 10 yrs old ch & gr pr, at the age of 11months, i think he was a superstar!
he did even better in the side classes, winning 2 1st & a 2nd, i couldn't be happier
They both did amazing again today, but i was glad too get them home, they soon settled down and thankfully even Teefa slept all night both cuddled up under my duvet with me,
The show seemed a great success, and was nice venue, i got chatting to a few lovely people that made me feel very welcome and i am starting to really enjoy this hobby.

OK i have got the bug...
This was the babies first show as adults! now aged 10 months it was time to play with the big boys and girls.
It was an early start and a long journey, but we had a wonderful day, it was nice to chat to some of the people i met at the other shows, we are making some nice friends.
Teefa was very tired after the journey and slept most of the day. Thor was his usual diva self and wanted cuddles all the time!
They were both so well behaved and not at all shaken by my driving!
Teefa had a fantastic day with 4 good looking older cats in her class she held her own and was awarded 1st & her first cc, we are delighted, thank you so much to judge and steward, for handling my baby so well and awarding her this honour, x
Thor, well i am still emotional writing this days later...in a class of 3 including a pr & a ch &gr pr champion, he was placed 1st, and received his first premier certificate,and was awarded BoB, i am so proud, once again thank you to the judge and steward for handling my baby so well and awarding him this great honour, x
We had a wonderful day, everything was smooth running, it was a great show.

cc - challenge certificate ( you need to be awarded 3 of these under 3 different judges to be a champion)
pr- Premier certificate ( as above) these are like cc but for neuters.
bob - best of breeds may be awarded for 1st in open classes.
CHESHIRE AREA CAT CLUB SHOW 2006
Having enjoyed ourselves so much last time and doing so well i think we may have got the bug?!...
Teefa what a star again, aged now 8 months she was awarded 1st in her open class, and received best of breed again, we are so proud of her,she was also placed in 2 side classes. She had a great day all round and is starting to enjoy all the fuss.
Thor did very well to. winning his open class, being placed in a side class, and winning first in a side class over teefa!, although i don't think she minded.
Well done both babies

And of course thank you to the judges and stewards for handling our babies so well and thinking they are as good as we do.

We shall not be showing them again until the new year and they will be in adult classes, we shall have to see...
Northwest cat club show

This was mine, and the babies first show so we were not sure how any of us would cope!, luckily Fran came along for moral support, thanks Fran.
Well! We did better than we could ever have imagined.
Thor won his open class aged just 6 1/2 months, and was placed in 2 side classes. As we had hoped he took it all in his stride, we think he enjoyed the day, but spent most of it asleep in his tray bless him.
Teefa was an absolute star! Collecting first in her open class aged only 6 1/2 months, and was awarded best of breed...fantastic!
Also winning another side class and collecting another 2 rosettes, we thought it couldn’t get any better...Teefa was nominated for best in show! AMAZING! Such a honour
